Founded in 2010, Maikeda Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of medical-grade red light therapy equipment, specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of red light therapy devices and wearable products. With 15 years of experience, the company boasts a professional R&D team of 50 people proficient in optics, mechanics, and embedded systems, and has obtained 103 patents. The company’s factory is located in Shenzhen, a first-tier city in China, with convenient transportation, enabling global distribution via air, rail, and land transport. As a national high-tech enterprise, the company integrates R&D, production, and sales, possessing a 10,000-square-meter vertically integrated production base with an annual output of 80,000 units of red light therapy equipment and panels, and 300,000 wearable devices. Products include red light panel series, sauna lamps, facial mask therapy lamps, belts, hats, flashlights, blankets, etc. Products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions in Europe and America, with an annual sales growth rate exceeding 20%. Production Capacity

Our facility spans over 10,000 m² and is equipped with advanced SMT assembly lines, LED chip welding stations, and dedicated aging and environmental test production lines, enabling us to achieve a monthly output in the millions of units. We handle every aspect of production in-house, from structural design and wavelength tuning to controller debugging, quality aging, and final packaging. This integrated approach ensures full control over each step, guaranteeing consistent quality and efficiency. Our quality management system complies with international standards such as ISO 13485, CE, and FDA 510(k), ensuring that every product meets the highest safety and regulatory requirements.

We implement a stringent quality control process at every stage, from design and raw material procurement to final product inspection and traceability. Each red light therapy device undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 13485. Key quality checks include verifying wavelength accuracy, calibrating light intensity, ensuring electrical safety, conducting thermal management tests, testing for electromagnetic compatibility, assessing mechanical durability, inspecting material quality, evaluating battery life, performing stability tests, and executing a final inspection for defects.
